A major European pharmacy retailer was looking for an innovative new format to add to their range of vitamin and mineral supplements. Their existing range comprised mostly of traditional tablets and capsules and they needed a product that would create interest within the category, whilst still delivering the expected functional benefits.
A company new to the vitamin and mineral supplement market contacted us to see if we could produce a number of different sprays, which they planned to launch with a major UK retailer. The customer’s background was in a different area, so they had little experience of developing nutraceutical products.
We were approached by an International customer who had been distributing a well-known range of branded liquid supplements. The brand owner had taken the decision to withdraw from a number of markets, including that of the customer.
