We can develop bespoke powder formulations and encapsulate these in to hard gel capsules. These are ideal for products that require a more pharmaceutical look, or are not suited to tablet pressing. We fill size 0 and 00 capsules and offer both gelatine and vegetation (HPMC) options of capsule shells. Batch quantities start at just 30,000, up to 200,000 capsules. (Quantities of over 200,000 size 0 & 1 capsules can be accommodated at our sister company – Health Innovations). Capsules can be packed in to pots or tear-top pouches.
