We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join our Sales Team, based at our Liversedge manufacturing site.

The Role:

  • To provide exceptional efficient customer services to all Vitrition customers (B2B). Maintaining a professional, proactive customer focused manner at all times.
  • To liaise with customers about order status proactively managing customer enquiries in professional manner, being the first point of contact for customer order enquiries, generating and sending quotations.
  • To arrange with customer the collection/delivery of finished products ensuring timescales are met in line with customer requirements.
  • To originate all paperwork associated with Customer deliveries including any shipping documents, certificates etc.
  • To work with Sales team and manage the provision of samples to customers and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain Critical Paths & Communicate Issues to Customers in timely professional manner.
  • To process the customer orders on the system ensuring data captured is full, accurate and complete.
  • To coordinate and manage the Incoming Sample process, completing documentation and maintaining control of samples.
  • To liaise with Logistic/Transport parties on the efficient transfer of finished product in line with customer requirements and distribution budget.
  • To work with internal teams to resolve customer issues, challenges in efficient positive manner.
  • Any other ad hoc duties provided these are reasonable and in the interests of the company.

We are looking for someone with the following skills:

  • Great communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Strong planning, administrative and organisational skills
  • Self motivated, hardworking and ambitious
  • Ability to work under pressure, with others, prioritise workloads and to work to strict guidelines
  • Strong computer skills, including MS office.
  • Be trustworthy, open and honest
  • Previous experience in a B2B customer service role.
