We are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive (Contract Manufacturing) to join our friendly team, based at our Liversedge manufacturing site.
SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
In conjunction with the Sales Manager and fellow Sales team grow Contract Manufacturing sales and deliver your agreed Sales Budget. Positively manage the development of your accounts, with a clear focus on the Group’s Core Values, on Profit & the group contract manufacturing capabilities.
Employment status: Full-Time, permanent
Hours: 36-37.5 a week over 4-5 days
Location: Will consider remote working, or alternatively can be office based from Liversedge. Ideally, you will be located in the West Yorkshire region.
Reports to: Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
• Identify Key Contract Manufacturing Customers/Opportunities
• Account management for existing customers
• Build and maintain positive, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
• Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets.
• Own and hit profit targets within assigned accounts
• Cross-Selling UK Contract Manufacturing products and services
• Accurately forecasting future sales, maintaining sales plans flexible with needs of the marketplace
• Representing the business at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and networking events
• Maintain good level of interaction with Development teams and be aware of developing innovation
• Presenting sales results monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Encourage and develop new initiatives designed to add value and improve the profitability of the business.
• Identify new categories that present opportunities “thinking outside the box”
Skills
We are looking for someone with the following skills:
• Previous experience in B2B sales and account management
• Previous experience in the nutraceutical sector is desirable but not essential
• Commercial experience identifying opportunities and creating new business leads
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Creative and flexible approach
